Built for client approvals, not general feedback
Aligno is a design feedback and client approval tool for freelancers and agencies. You upload a design, PDF, video, or live webpage, share one link, and collect pinned comments. Every review ends in an explicit approve or request-changes decision. Your clients never need to create an account.
Why Aligno exists
Design feedback tends to scatter. It arrives in email replies, Slack threads, screenshots, and Figma comments, often referencing the wrong version, with no single place that says what was actually agreed. The hardest part is rarely collecting opinions. It's reaching a clear, defensible moment of sign-off.
Most tools in this space grew into broad platforms: project management, internal critique, asset libraries, and more. That breadth is useful for some teams, but it adds friction to the one job freelancers and agencies do over and over, which is getting a client to review work and approve it.
Aligno is deliberately narrow. It does that one job well, and leaves the rest to the tools you already use.
Aligno is built and run by Dennis Overdiek, the founder. Every feature on this site comes out of that same narrow focus rather than a committee trying to cover every use case.
What we believe
Focused, on purpose
Aligno is not an all-in-one platform, and that's the point. A tool scoped to client review and approval stays simple enough that clients actually use it.
No client login
Clients open a share link and start reviewing immediately. No account to create, no app to install. That's the lowest possible barrier to getting feedback.
Approval-first
A review tool collects comments. Aligno adds the decision: clients explicitly approve or request changes, recorded against the exact version they reviewed.
