Exporting feedback
Keep a record of what was said and approved by exporting an asset's comments and decisions.
Two formats
On a paid plan you can export any asset in two ways. A CSV holds the full comment thread and decision history for your own files. A PDF is a clean sign-off record you can send straight to the client.
- CSV. Your working record, including reviewer email addresses where clients provided them.
- PDF. A client-facing sign-off. It never includes reviewer email addresses.
Pin numbers match the review
The PDF numbers each pinned comment the same way it appears in the review, so the document lines up with what your client saw on screen.
When to use it
Export is useful when a project wraps and you want a paper trail, or when a "did we ever agree on that?" question comes up later. The record is tied to the exact versions that were reviewed, so it stays accurate over time.
